- 3-4 fresh peaches, pitted, sliced
- 1 small green capsicum, slicef
- 1 small tomato, desseded, sliced
- 1/4 cup walnut halves
- 2 tbsp pickled onions
- 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- Handful phalsa berries
- Microgreens to top
Dressing
- 1 tsp tsp dried herbs
- 1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
- Himalayan rock salt
